Kimberly fully embodies the mission of Peak Partners.  A naturally gifted trial attorney, Kimberly became a founder of Peak Partners to address the outcry of need from her current and former clients.  Kimberly’s courtroom approach is unrivaled and compelling.  Her diverse accomplishments as a female trial lawyer speaks volumes to the high level of representation she brings to men and women in need of family law representation.  As a mother and wife, Kimberly understands the high level of care demanded by family law disputes.  Kimberly has lived and worked in Colorado Springs since 2009.   Kimberly recommends that when looking for a family law attorney you should seek out someone who frequently appears in your jurisdiction.  Unless a mutual agreement is reached, family law disputes are left to the discretion of a judge.  So, familiarity with specific judges and how they may view your case is invaluable in charting your path forward.

Kimberly graduated from Purdue University with a B.A. in Political Science. Upon her graduation, Kimberly moved to Washington D.C. where she served as a legislative assistant for a Florida congressman. She also worked on the House Education and Labor Committee and aided in the reauthorization of the Higher Education Act.  Kimberly then returned to Colorado and graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While in law school, Kimberly served as President of the Student Trial Lawyers Association.  Kimberly stands ready to address any and all of your family law needs.
